Photography for me has been a hobby of mine for well over 15 years. It's always been fun and sometimes frustrating but not something I've ever wanted to quit.

For the past nine months or so I've been shooting with classic and vintage lenses on my digital mirrorless camera (A7II). To me the older lenses have a bit more character and the images are sometimes unique in certain ways. These lenses are not always the sharpest and I don't always get the focus spot on but it's fun, challenging and sometimes even educational (as any hobby should be).

So, that's why the blog name classic millimeters. I'll be blogging about old lenses, images taken with them and techniques specific to this type of photography.
